Saving documents to a constituent record in V14.1

Hi all

We have recently updated to V14.1 and as such can no longer add documents to a constituent record in the research tab although we can still see them. Can anyone tell me where we now need to save documents to? I have a feeling it was in Plans but I can't find any documentation.

  • Hi Chandra,

    It was when we switched all our computers to Windows 10 we began having issues opening our PDF documents under Research/Documents.  Some staff were still able to open documents if they had an older version of Adobe but eventually no one could open them.   If someone attempted to open a PDF it would freeze Tessitura.
