Hi - I wonder if anyone has an automated follow up email procedure, we currently pull a list of constituents attending a show and manually send them a reminder email with related venue information two days before the event. It would save a lot of time if we could automate this follow up email in Tessitura, we have lots of venues so the process would need to identify the date and the venue.
Is anyone doing this or aware of any functionality that could?

We have found that the most common way of doing these automated emails misses out on capturing day of sales (ie sales that occur two days before the intended performance). we figured this out when we had a virtual event and some ticket holders did not receive the link who bought same day. Has anyone found a workaround on this that can be automated?
We place the link in the email confirmation they receive. You can set this up in system tables LTR_TNEW_DYN_EMAIL_CONTENT.
