Subscription Renewals in TNEW

Hi All,

I have everything programmed for our subscription renewals. Everything works in Tessitura and most in TNEW. If I go into TNEW and book a subscription, I can add on the extra performance. However if I go into my subscription renewal in TNEW I can no longer add on the extra performance. I've been doing this for several years and cannot figure out what I've done wrong. Do you have any suggestions as to why this is happening or what I may have forgotten? It's driving me crazy!
