We just moved to Better Impact. We were using an Access database but wanted online interaction with our Volunteers. Better Impact does not integrate with Tessitura but does allow the easy ability to add custom fields and everything is exportable via excel and for merging lists back into Tessitura. We have added the Tessitura Constituent number and just like we did with our Access Database, enter it manually. We are really impressed with Better Impact and the ease in which volunteers and interact with us and many perks in keeping voulunteers informed. We are just starting to implement it and so don't have a lot of expeirance with it yet.

You cannot do the imports yourself but they will do imports for you at anytime at a cost that can be minimal depending on the number of fields you need to import data into. Feel free to email me at stevens@midlandcenter.org and I can help answer any other questions you have.
