Does anyone have data standards they would be willing to share with us? We are working on revamping how we enter constituent data into our database. We had them a while back and with staff turn over it has turned into the wide west of how you enter data!
Along those lines does anyone have AKA's auto populate with common things i.e. St., St, Saint?
Our's is pretty basic, but it might be a good jumping off point. We use formal addresses, no abbreviations and formal salutations. Street addresses go on Line 1 and Apt, Suite, Units, etc go on Line 2. If you give me your email I can email the document to you.
