We are implementing our first ever fixed seat Broadway package. We were also overhauling our price maps for these events as well. When building the new performances, I simply used the existing Broadway Map which has 5 sections; 3 of the 4 shows will use 5 sections and 1 of the 4 shows will use 4 sections. After the performances were built I simply rezoned all the performances in season maintenance. However, when I select the package in an order and go to the seat map, the Composite Map price section tab displays the original price zone configuration from the original Broadway Map and does not display any of the rezoning I did. But when selecting seats, the subline items reflect the actual zone and price from the rezoning. I ran the facility updates utility in Tessitura, as well as the UP_UPDATE_COMP_MAPS stored procedure in the database. And each time it still displays the original zone configuration for the Composite and Base Seat maps.
Is there another way to fix this? Will I have to create a new zone map in facility manager in order to get it to work?
