Hi all - I'm looking into setting up exclusive pricing for American Express cardholders online. Does anyone have advice on setting this up that will only accept AE cards online? I think I should be able to do a MOS change and restrict payment methods. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hi David, we currently do this for their reserved allotment program - a MOS shift combined with a payment method restriction. We also allocate specific inventory as per the terms of the program. TBH I don't love the user experience - there are some challenges around navigating between regular inventory and Amex inventory.
However, we're currently testing out another scenario in which the payment method restriction occurs by price type. We'd then run this through our default web MOS and control the seat inventory through dedicated Amex price zones. This way the user can view both regular and Amex on the same map/page and make either selection without additional navigation.
