Hello,
For Organizations that have an external Box Office/Ticketing Window:
How have you solved the problem of needing to be able to allow Patrons to insert their Card themselves and input their PIN # on a CC Processor, but the opening at the bottom of the Box Office Window isn’t large enough to fit a CC processor through?
The following are not options:
1. Get new windows
2. Cut larger holes
3. Redesign your entire building
