Reversing Donate For Resale

Hi...

I need to be able to reverse a donate for resale on one of our performances. The seats have not been resold and I've been told i can reverse this but can't figure out how exactly to get this done. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

    The following is taken from Tessitura Knowledgebase article 16073, accessible in both tessituranetwork.com and TASK:;

    The system now allows for the reversal of the Return for Resale process. To use this feature, load the order that contains the return. Go to the Sub Line Items tab. Select one or more rows that represent seats returned for resale (marked RTB) and click Delete.

    The order must be saved before the return for resale reversal can be attempted.  Tessitura will ask for confirmation that it is OK to save the order before proceeding.  After the order is saved, a new window will appear that displays which of the seats selected are eligible for the reversal process and which are not. In order to be eligible, the seat must not yet have been resold or held. Click OK to proceed with reversing the donation on the eligible seats. The seats that were returned for resale will be set back to Ticketed status, the RTB sub line items will be deleted and new Undo Return for Resale rows will be added to the order history. At this point the order will be automatically reloaded with the changes made (a side effect of reloading the order is that the Line Items tab will be displayed instead of the Sub Line Items tab).

    Notes: This process works on RTB lines that have been saved. If the return for resale was just done and the order hasn't been saved yet, the sub line item can be deleted normally or the order can be cancelled. When selecting sub line items to delete, the selection cannot contain a mix of saved RTB rows and other types of rows. If no saved RTB rows are selected, the Delete button will work exactly as it did previously.
