Call tracking software (not directly Tessitura related, but very ticketing/cust. service)

Hello again!  

I run a box office at a smaller LORT theater, and we currently do not use any call tracking software.   I am sorely missing the metrics to track our call volume, length of calls, number of out-bound calls, average call length, average hold length, and number of calls in cue, etc.  

What software do you use, how is it set up and what are the price points?  (Resources are scant, as they are want to be.)
