We're currently implementing Tessitura with a go live of April and will be launching our new website (using TNEW v7) at the same time. One of the priorities is to enable patrons with access needs to book tickets online as soon as possible after the launch date including being able to book into specific seats for Captioned/Signed/Relaxed/Audio Described performances.
Our current thoughts are that we'll have a general Access MOS that allows patrons who are part of our Access scheme to access a discounted rate and wheelchair spaces and then use promo codes attached to MOSs to allow access to specific allocations for assisted performances.
I was wondering if anyone has used a similar solution to this or has any other ways to set up Access ticketing online? Any ideas would be very welcome!
