Has anyone found a way to identify to box office reps which performances have low availability when they are searching performances within ticket orders? This would be very helpful for us as we are coming up on our busy repertory play schedule that we are embarking on soon. Availability shifts frequently by performances, and I'd like a way for a box office rep to be able to see availability of performances without having to click in and out of lots of them. Any thoughts?
You could have them use the 'Product Catalog' tab within ticket orders. On the 'Product Search' tab of this section, make sure to check the 'Gross Avail.' column before hitting search, and this will display the availability of all the performances matching their search criteria. If they forget to check this box before searching, the availability will not appear, but then they can just check the box and hit search again for it to display.
Best,
Nick
Great! We typically search by the calendar view but this is very handy. I will share this with them. Thank you!
If you set up a QuickSale screen with all the performances on, then you can easily see the total availability for each on just one page. Much less clicking!
Just make sure you still switch back to the Product Catalog to actually select the tickets if your doing allocated/syos seating (otherwise QuickSale best seats them).
