V14 and Credit Card Refunds with Payment Express

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone else experienced this conundrum. We are in implementation and I did some test credit card purchases. Both the charge and refund went fine for Visa and MasterCard. However, yesterday I went to refund the AMEX charges. I followed the same procedure as before (taking the money out of on account for each line item charged, typing that amount in the box next to the line item charge as listed on the refund button, and save). I repeated the process for the next charge only to get a message that says the amount was refunded. Mind you...I had zero dollars in that line on the refund screen. The line still shows an amount available to be refunded. I checked with our Finance team to see if he refund is showing in Payment Express, and it is.

Has anyone else experienced issues like this with the new refund button on the payment window? If so, what did you do to fix the issue of having a value still showing in Tessitura that is really not available to be refunded.
