I have set up an offer and when I log in to the Tessa client as the TNEW user group I can sell a ticket after putting in the correct source code. However it is not working on the website. After putting in the source code, I can continue to the performance but get an error that tickets are no longer available online. I haven't ever had an issue like this where it can be sold in the client but not the website. Any thoughts?

Does the offer on the MOS have a start and end date? I had this earlier this year and it was caused by me leaving these dates as 00/00/0000.

I actually had the same issue this morning, and realized it was because I forgot to fill in the "Parent Key" column in the TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO system table. So it worked internally but not online until I fixed that.
