Monitor Summary - NScan

Hi Tessitura Network!

We've been using the nScan software for some time now, but there is one feature that I can't figure out... The Monitor Attendance / Monitor Summary function - where does it pull this data from? And more importantly, what ticket data does it include? This question seems in the most forms, basic, but we only use scanners (we don't manually input attendance data through Season Manager) and the number for Sold and Attended is 30 lower on the Monitor Attendance / Summary feature on the scanner than on the clients Attendance By Performance Report.

I thought at first that perhaps Sold meant that it didn't include any $0 value tickets (like comps) but even then, we only had 12 comps this evening so that doesn't explain why 30 are unaccounted for on the scanner.

Any thoughts?
