Elevated Event and/ or Activity Checkin Lists

Hello,

I have been searching the Tess forums to see what people are using for special event checkins, primarily elevated events or events recorded in Activities for the checkin staff to basically use a tablet or laptop to quickly search for names and record them as attended.  Are there good solutions for event checkin directly through Tessitura, or low cost alternatives where you could simply upload a list and use for quick check in?

I'd love to hear what you've been doing.  We've have been using paper lists to date.  We also used a somewhat pricey option for our annual Gala which we uploaded lists into for the night of.

    As long as you have folks marked as invited or some other status indicated for that event/activity, you could pull up the Patron Activity report (for activities) or Event Listing report (for elevated events) for the event, then click into the patron records from there and quickly adjust their status.  Does that make sense?
