We will be implementing N-Scan very soon. Part of our N-Scan implementation plan is to use a few smaller one off events in early 2018 for scanning, so we can work out bugs and fully implement scanning with our summer concert season.
This means that we will have some events in Winter and Spring 2018 that have barcocdes, but some events that do not (the remainder of our theatre season, for example).
I'm interested in rolling out print at home tickets along with our implementation of N-Scan, but we only want to offer print at home tickets for the events that we are using N-Scan for. Since print at home tickets is a shipping method on the web, I'm wondering if it will show up for all events, or if there is a way to limit it to just the events we are using N-Scan with. Any advice? If it will show up for all events, then I think we need to hold off on print at home tickets until we have fully implemented N-Scan for all events.

Hi Kim,
There is a system table LTR_TNEW__DYN_SHIPPING_METHOD that you can use to define a specific production/production season/performance that will display the Print at Home option. We use this functionality for some of our events that do not use PAHT and just need a registration.
Let me know if you need more info, it took me awhile to get the hang of it.
