I am looking for some help and tid bits regarding group sales.
What are the best reports to pull to track group sales, as well as track the payments made for them (or to track payments that need to be made!)
I am interested in any other helpful tips or tricks with Group Sales and Tessitura, as we are still fairly new to this awesome database!

Hi, Kelly!We've implemented the Plans feature to track our group sales and it absolutely changed my life. Before this I had a color-coded physical calendar to track when payments were due/when groups were scheduled to see shows, and *SHUDDER WARNING* an Excel spreadsheet to track my conversations. Now, Plans tracks everything - the price per ticket, deposit amount, final balance, sets reminders for payments and performance dates, and I can quickly reference my Portfolio for moves management. It's all entered manually.
We moved everything into Plans very quickly and easily. Let me know if you have any questions, I'm happy to help!

I reached out to Meredith W. at Tessitura to see if we'd be able to put something together! Signature doesn't use Go To - so hopefully Tessitura can host us all
