I'm starting to see ticketed events (specifically, races) offer 100% refunds for any reason, no questions asked. I'm wondering if there are any theaters moving in this direction? I'm curious if anyone has done this and what the ramifications were, if any. Currently, we do not offer refunds, but subscribers may exchange. Thanks for your input!
