Hello,
I am seeing something strange with an account when searching by last name or the ID number.
The results window shows two accounts yet they have the same ID. At the bottom it indicates 1 total record returned. It has been verified in SQL Management Studio that only one record exists.
Why would the same account be listed twice when searched? Has anyone experienced this before?

...and just like that i figured it out. The account in question had two primary addresses. I am guessing something glitched when these were merged.
Once I removed the primary flag and inactivated one of the address is the account displayed only once in the search results.
