Hello all!
I've come across an issue I've yet to solve.
I'm at the stage of printing our subscription tickets through batch prints per package, and with this process I need to also print out a separate receipt for every order that has a contribution made.
As I understand it, my predecessor (after printing out the tickets) used the batch printing system to print out a specially made header which incorporated the contribution amount made within the order (Data > Order > Total Contribution Amount).
I can't seem to find how he did this successfully, so I had the brilliant idea of copying the header design and making it a receipt, then I made the 'Receipt Format' for each payment method we use for subscriptions to the receipt I created.
Sounds great, right?
However when I printed out the receipt, the contribution amount shows as $0, even though there was a contribution of $50 in the order.
Similarly, I printed out the 'Donation Header' which is the copied header format as the receipt, and that shows the $50 contribution amount.
Does anyone have any idea why the receipt wouldn't be printing the contribution amount? I've tried printing out the receipt with the Current Only box checked and unchecked, the All point selected and the default point selected.
If not, does anyone have any idea how I can have these donation receipts/headers printed in the batch print?
Thanks so much in advance!
