We are currently having a review of our purchase path for single ticket patrons and subscribers.
I am hoping that other users on TNEW would be open to sharing screen shots of their online purchase path for single ticket buyers and subscribers. Any additional document ion you have on the purchase path would be greatly appreciated as well.
