Trying to find out how some of you are handling Account Credits, are you rolling them over season to season to be use by the patron, or expiring them at the end of each season?

Hi Tom -
We expire them at the end of each season. There have been changes to some financial and tax codes in certain areas in the past few years that made it impossible for us to keep patron's money and remove it from one fiscal year to attach to a new fiscal year.
I would definitely encourage you to look into that for your area.
