Hello,
For on the day door sales, our staff use a general public MOS and hand hard tickets to constituents which act as their tickets and receipts. We're wanting to try a more mobile solution whereby a customer is able to purchase a ticket from a staff member at the gallery entrance. The staff member will have an EFTPOS machine and a MS Surface tablet with Tessi running. We're trying to avoid having a BOCA printer there if we can. Is there a way that tickets and receipts can be emailed to a constituent through the general public MOS? I know you can elect to email to a different address already attached to a constituent, but wondering if there's a way our staff can type in the customers email address through 'print tickets' if no constituent is selected.
Thanks,
JH.

We use TRBO with a consumer grade Andriod tablet and sell to General Public and print our receipt and ticket to the iMZ220 Zebra Bluetooth printer. Additionally, because we are a general admissions museum, we create CIDs for new customers and only require name and email address in T_Defaults so our fontline is able to quickly create records linked to orders and email.
