Hi - is anyone doing VIP or Staff Ticketing through TNEW?
I'd like to offer four levels of VIP and three levels of staff groups of tickets (or packages) to select from.
Each level would have access to a different range of complimentary tickets based on their login. We currently offer constituents with a Friend constituency a discount on two tickets based on rank but I don't know if I could do multiple levels of VIP and Staff with a constituency?
I don't want to send a general promo code because we want to restrict this to specific users.
The following methods have been suggested and constituent criteria looks like it might work as we can give each VIP or Staff member an attribute. I would need to limit them to 2 tickets only. Ranking looks like it might also work but not across it yet. Please let me know if you are using any of these methods or are doing this?
• use a pricing rule with constituent criteria• create an Offer and use a promo code (you can embed the promo code in the URL) • Use Ranking and potentially a Rank-based MOS shift .I don't think it's an issue that you have various levels, so long as everyone over a certain level (whatever you set it at) gets the relevant access.
