Combining Fees for the End User

We have an event going on pre-sale next week that has several added fees and we're looking for a solution so that our end users only see the total amount of fees and not each individual fee. In this case we have three flat rate fees and one percentage fee. We still need the fees to be separately build for reporting/accounting purposes. I've checked the site control system table and it doesn't seem like there's an out of the box feature that makes this possible. Is anyone doing something similar with their promoter bumps/fees?

    Hi- If the fees are 'per ticket' you can set up a price layer with a dedicated price category and dedicated g/l. The layers will show up in a transparent manner on the ticket price. We have three and four price layers on some performances, and only the gross amount shows up under the ticket cost. Example: $100 ticket,+ $3 facility fee, + $7 OperaVision fee shows a ticket price of $110. If, however, you are talking about fees that are 'per order', you'll have a difficult time having them show as one fee. Best of luck! Kindly, Mark
