Converting Single ticket buyers to Subscribers

Does anyone out there convert single ticket buyers to subscribers once they reach the the ticket amount required to be one?

Example; If a single ticket buyer has purchased up to 4 single tickets or more and is now eligible to be a subscriber, how do we have Tessitura convert them into a renewing subscriber?

Thank you!!

  • We do not count individually purchased tickets towards a subscription package, but we do promote the benefits of being a subscriber to single ticket buyers when they are purchasing so it is clear that there is a distinction. Often this pushes someone considering a couple of separate concerts into purchasing a flexible package or subscription "voucher"

If you do want to change the person who purchases a series of single tickets into a "subscriber" perhaps you could set up a separate "dummy" package that you can then use to add the constituency of "subscriber" this won't change the subscription and single sales in your performance (and therefore the monies depending on how your finance department likes this reported on).
