Pricing Rules help

I am trying to figure out how to sell at least one Adult ticket and as many as 10 Child tickets and not allow any Child tickets to be in a cart without at least one Adult ticket ...

    We are on TNEW and I’m not sure if this is just something you have to ask them to create for you, but it was created during our customization, but they said others use it too and it was really easy to add on for us.

    Hi Sabina,

    We have that setup with quite a few of our performances (camps and classes). I had a few content types set up by Tessitura (not sure if they are available to everyone, but they could easily add them for you). Then I add that to each of my performances where we want a certain ratio of adults/children or adult only, etc.

     

    Look at the 3rd and 4th lines here…this won’t allow them to buy more than 10 tickets without at least 1 adult ticket present.
