Hello, Our front of house staff have reported confusion between reading row O (as in Oscar) vs row D (as in Dog). When the row letter prints out on our Boca's - the ushers looking down at the tickets in a darken house, are finding it hard to tell the difference between an O and D. I printed out some test tickets, and yes, indeed they look quite similar. I tried making the font size bigger, but that doesn't really help the issue. Does anyone have an suggestions on how I can make an O and a D more distinct on a Boca ticket? Thank you, Jessica
Jessica,
Do you know which font type you are using?
I just did a test print of the various font options to compare the D and O. It's easier to tell the difference on the seriffed fonts such as Font-10, Font-13, or Font-7.
Good luck!
Jennifer
