Has anyone heard of, or even better successfully run (!), an inhouse loyalty scheme?
The idea would be that points would add up according to how much someone spent on tickets, merchandise, and in our bars and restaurants which would then add up to points that could be redeemed towards money off tickets, or drinks.
I initially thought that this might be possible with ranking based on the financial value of ticket purchases, but we need to make sure we exclude any tickets that include a donation, as well as integration with some of our till systems in the theatre.
Any thoughts appreciated!
