Is anyone transmitting Direct Debit's to bank electronically? Or is everyone still sending the mandate's by post?

    During the set up we send the Mandates out via post but then once set up we transmit through Albacs. However I would be interested at setting up the DD electronically.

    What system are you using to set it up electronically?

    Hi Paul,

    At the UK conference there was a National Theatre presentation on paperless direct debits - that might answer some of your questions? You can find it under the Media section of the UK group.
