Hi all!

Our Exec's LOVE percentages.

Does anyone have any good ticketing reports - specifically for things like overall % of fiancial capacity sold, or % of daily sales, or anything with % really!

that they can share?

Thanks in advance

Yeah we have tried that one… but what they want is an overall one and not every single performance!

And they want it to be sent from the system before any of us all are in!

Check out the Performance Sales Summary Report under Ticketing Box Office Reports in Reports & Utilities.  Its a standard report which includes percentages.  You can export this in Excel if you want to make it look nicer.

I import it into Access which groups it differently and adds descriptions instead of the Perf code.  I just dump the excell output into Access and have the report in Access set up to give me what I want it to look like.
