Is there a way to have a custom element for ticket design that will pull the price zone time if one exists and the perf time if one does not?
We currently have 10 different ticket designs and I would love to be able to combine some of them and make our ticket design more standardized.
Custom elements are entirely possible - but you need some SQL know how. I'd be happy to help.
But for clarity, can you explain what you mean by "Price Zone time"?

A standard design element that does just this already exists: Zone/Perf Time. You’ll find it in the Seat category of elements.
