Finding "original" Delivery method

We are one of the lucky groups that has to sell vouchers before the season is actually built. Now it's time to mail tickets and I am pretty sure we have more people requesting mail tickets than the report is showing. Does anyone know how to find that original delivery method? We moved the money from the original order to the new rollover order. So it's the original delivery not the new order delivery that I want. Thanks.
