Hello Guys!
Maybe a very silly question here. . . . But . . How do i return tickets using the same Const ID but the orders include various different order numbers? Is this possible? Am i just over looking something?
Your help would be appreciated.

Hi Jen,
Do you mean how do you return tickets from different orders together in one new order?
You can return a ticket from a new order by adding the performance to the order basket, right clicking on the seat, and selecting return.

You can also open a new order and select Return By Ticket Number from the Orders menu (this only works if the tickets have been printed). You then type in the Ticket Number and select the Check Sum Number for each seat you want to return and click ok.
