Hi All,
We are new to the Tessitura network. We have just been advised that when the select your seat function is on a patron needs to select there seat when they purchase an add on ticket to a subscription.
All our subscriptions are flex packages so the seating is done by us once the request is sent through. If someone has already selected one of there seats we are forced to seat there subscription seats next to that single seat. We have high levels of subs come in that can sometimes take weeks to process so we may not have seats next to the purchased seat by the time the sub is processed.
Has anyone come up with a work around to this? We don't want to have to call people and say we have to move the extra ticket they purchased.
