We've recently seen an increase in disputed transaction queries from our bank and the majority look like fraudulent transactions with a stolen credit card. I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and if they have implimented any additional security online to help stop this? Currently we do require a CVC number at the time of purchase which we though would hinder their efforts but no such luck.
