Documents Saved to Patron Account

Hey All, We are a RAMP organization and I have a quick question about document storage. When an employee wants to save a document, like a Word document or scanned document, do we have to save this document in RAMP somewhere or can we save it locally? If we save it locally, will we have to map drives? Any insight and help would be awesome. -Christopher

    Hi Christopher,

In RAMP, your local drives should automatically be mapped.  They may not have the same letter designations you have locally, but they should all be there.  The easiest way to test this is to "Save as" a document in Tessitura and check the drives available to you.  You can also see the drives available by double clicking "My Computer" on your RAMP desktop, if you have access to it.

    Hope this help!
