We're implementing NSAN for our upcoming 17/18 season. We're all very excited to finally begin scanning tickets! I do however have a healthy fear of the unknown when it comes to scanning. I would love to know if any of you have any advice you would give us? Anything you wish you would have known when you started out? Tips and tricks...any documentation that you created for your staff that was especially helpful? We'll be using Motorola MC40's.

If you haven't planned on this already... I would suggest having the scanners on their own dedicated (and hidden) WiFi access points. Don't share it with anything else and don't even make it visible to the public. Our first few months were a bit rough as the scanners were constantly losing connectivity and stalling on us. Once we moved them to their own special setup they worked like a charm!
