I've checked in the Security documentation and couldn't find anything so I am hoping the hive mind might have an answer. We obviously will waive fees on a case by case basis if necessary but we have a few agents that are being too liberal with the policy. As in they waive more fees than they collect. I was wondering if there is any way to limit the ability based on user groups? This way they would be required to check with a manager before being able to do such. On a similiar note, has anyone had success with a report that can identify orders where a fee has been overriden?

Ugh. My annoyance level would be at a premium if I knew that was happening here.
I don't have a report that can pull that kind of information but if you have someone on hand that has some SQL skills they could probably find some useful data in T_SLI_FEE.
