I've searched the forums for an answer to this inquiry, but the closest answer to my question was posted in 2012; hoping to get a more complete answer today. In our membership department, it is often helpful to have some kind of notification appear on the screen when opening certain member records. The post from 2012 I read stated that the "alert" system was not yet implemented. Has this since changed? If so, is this something that must be set up via coding or can it be utilized otherwise? Thank you for any assistance.
In the ticket orders screen, you can use "pricing rules" to do messaging based on constituency or list membership. Notifications pop once a line item is entered. We do this for certain member constituencies.
