Hey all, With the advice of our previous Patron Services Manager, I'd like to do my season Batch Ticket Printing sets without any ticket cutting. While he can't quite remember how he set it to do this last season, he assures me that there is a way.I'm using a Lemur model boca printer. I've checked through the Boca manuals and across Tess Forums but I haven't quite found the answer I'm looking for. Would anyone here be able to help me out?Thanks!
In Tess.you can change the setting to cut only between orders for subscriptions in ticketing setup>>preference>>options.
Thanks for the replys everyone. What ended up working for me was going into my Printer Setting on the printers display screen itself by holding down Menu and Choices. From there I scrolled down to Mini/Micro and selected Micro. I couldn't tell you the reasoning as to why this turns off the cutter, but it allowed me to print my entire set of subscription tickets without problem and with no cutting between orders. Just don't forget to turn it back to Micro when you're done with the printing.
