We recently purchased 9 of these new scanners. We're using Motoroyla Moto g6Plus phones with them. The problem that we're having is that the only way we can connect the phones to the Saveo Triggers, currently, is using Blue Tooth. This is problematic for our venue as the combination we're using seem to constantly lose connectivity. When we use the Micro USB to transmit ticket data, it requires the ticket taker to press "GO" after the Saveo device scans the ticket number. This just isn't acceptable.
