I have been looking, but have not been able to find any info on an issue we had last month at our season renewal.
We rolled over our season tickets with a blank order date. Our season went on sale at 7:45 p.m. on 4/11. That night, at our season announcement event, we were unable to process rolled over orders unless we changed the order date to the next day: 4/12.
Has anyone else run into this issue? We have been rolling over without order dates for a few years and have never had this happen before. Looking for how to prevent it next year without having to backdate the on sale in the system.
