order notes reporting

Is there a report that could be pulled that would give you any orders that have order notes on them and the actual notes themselves? We want a place for our staff to put any feedback they get from a guest that we could later pull. Thank you!

  • Hey Denise,

You may want to look at order export. I can't remember for sure if the note field is on there or not, but I think it may be.

There's no report that I know of that only pulls orders with notes. Though, the single sale order listing will display notes for all orders that match your parameters.

It might be worthwhile to check to see if there are any shared reports that meet your needs?

We tell our staff to enter all feedback into CSIs. We have a Category for Customer Response which breaks down into six Activity Types which can then be tied to a performance or package if appropriate. We have activity types for positive feedback or complaints about: Website, Performances, or General (could be anything from interactions with staff to cleanliness of the building or anything really!).

This is 100% reportable and you can assign Actions to another staff member if followup is required for any reason. It has worked really well for us.
