Hi All!
We have recently deployed Print at Home ticketing and our audiences have taken to it quite rabidly.
One difficulty we are having is that many of our customers purchase multiple events in a single order (for instance, five films during one festival over the course of a week). Since PAH generates ONE PDF per order, this has become complicated, particularly when a guest tries to show the ticket barcodes on their phone (there are 5 different events on one pdf, so scrolling through to find the appropriate event becomes messy).
Has anyone worked out a way to generate a separate PDF per event? The ideal being that if a customer places a single order with multiple events, they would receive a separate PDF for each performance.
Follow up question: has anyone found a way to generate a single barcode that embeds multiple tickets. For instance, if a guest purchased 2 tickets for a performance, they receive a single barcode that counts for BOTH tickets?
Thanks!
Speaking as a patron, I hate getting a barcode that covers more than one ticket. I recently bought several seats to an event so that I could give out tickets to friends, and had to make a trip to the box office to get printed tickets. Very inconvenient!
