When we scan a person into our VIP lounge, I cannot find a place that it logs it on the account. Does it? Can it? How can we get the attendance on their account?

By everthing I'm looking at in help, it appears the only way to see scan information for special access areas is using the N-Scan Attendance Report and running it in detail to get patron information. The data from access area scans is stored in T_ATTENDANCE and not on a patron record. I'm guessing you could have some custom work done and have this information appear in the Custom tab of a patron account. If you have any museum contacts that use Tessi, I'd reach out to them as well and see how they handle special area access scans and reporting.

Great news! In v14, there is a new tab under Ticket History called Attendance History that will display this information. Here is a link to the documentation about this.
