We have, for years, used the phone to confirm student ticket reservations. Most of the time, there's no conversation; it's an answering machine or voice mail. Lately, we started to think that students must never listen to voice mail, because they don't seem to get the right information!
Has anyone switched to text messaging? Does it work better for you? Our theory is that our message will get through better in a text.
