Order Surveys

Hi Our Groups Sales department is looking to start using the surveys functionality in Tessitura to track where groups that book through a tour operator are coming from. The question they have is, can the survey questions be answered at any time after the order is completed? For example, if they book an order and at the time, don’t know where the group is coming from, can they later go back and answer the survey question once they do know where the group is from.     Hey Jess,

    Yes... from help: the survey window can also be opened manually from the Orders menu or with the Ctrl+E keyboard shortcut.
