Hi all-
Where can I find access to the signatures on orders placed using TRBO? If a customer were to dispute their card transaction, how can I pull up their signature receipt?
We cannot seem to find a place to edit the receipts to show the signature nor can we locate within the orders where the signature is stored for reference later.
Also, any other ideas or practices anyone uses regarding TRBO and receipts for accounting we would love to hear.

Load the Order, click on Order History tab, click on the chicklet to the right of the credit card Payment Method used, the Payment Details window opens, which would show the Cardholder Signature (assuming they used the TRBO to sign).
